As we've said before ... Eat everything, but be moderate!

  • Everything You Do Not Overeat Is Usually Good For You And Your Health. Urban myths about health most often say the opposite, claiming that we should avoid red meat. But, that's not exactly the truth. When we think about nutritional health issues, we came up to the conclusion.
  • It's Not About The Food, But About Ourselves. The food does not cause us problems. It is about the fact that we have left ourselves to the food, to a great extent.
  • Think About The Health Elements

Let's not forget that meat provides us with all the amino acids we need for our muscle growth. We also receive significant amounts of energy and iron from consuming meat.

Talking About The Beef

The fact is that today's beef is not always fed in a natural way - with grass or hay. Today's mass production and cattle breeding most often require their nutrition to be on the corn or soy products basis. Their organism is less likely to digest such foods, and that is often causing bacterial infections. Therefore, it conditions the use of antibiotics.

Keep in mind that meat sometimes has to go a long way from the processing to the kitchen counter. Because of this, some manufacturers add additives to keep the meat retain its colour. Therefore, be careful when purchasing meat or go only to well-known restaurants that serve exclusively fresh beef.

When you do not know what your guests would like to have for dinner - you can not fail with the beefsteak. My choice of recipe fell on a simple and tasty Steak and Fingerling Frites. The recipe is really simple and effective. It does not require much time or skill, and guests will be delighted with the taste and the aroma. For this dish you'll need:

Now, preparation is really simple.

Scrub fingerling potatoes with water; then, quarter each potato lengthwise. Toss them on a large baking sheet and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Roast the potatoes until they get that lovely golden brown colour - which is about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, you can prepare the steaks.

Spice the steaks with half a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Heat a roasting pan over medium-high heat for a minute, and add 1 tablespoon oil. Add the steaks and roast it until the desired doneness. Afterwards, transfer it to a cutting board and wait at least 5 minutes before you slice them.

Now make the Pesto Butter sauce. Just combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with 1 tablespoon of pesto. And that's all the wisdom you need. Serve the steaks with the pesto butter sauce and French fries. You can serve this dish with a tasty bottle of red wine, and that's all the wisdom you need.

Everybody will enjoy!
