The staff will cater to all your requests with a big, bright smile, and they usually succeed to complete the task that you assigned to them. From the very first moment, you set foot on the hotel, you understand the warmth of the service, while the check-in procedure is easy and fast.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Golden Temple Retreat and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Siem Reap. From the moment I was picked up at the airport by a private car (and served a fresh coconut during the drive to the hotel), I felt completely pampered. The hotel itself, including my room, was absolutely gorgeous, but the most amazing part of my stay was the service. I was greeted by staff members with a warm smile every time I returned to the hotel or walked into the lobby, and felt that staff was constantly bending over backwards to make my stay as wonderful as possible.
