Indulge yourself a week in the magical island of the Gods, Bali with comprehensive wellness treatment and care from the best. This is a 7 times daily liquid based program detoxification protocol. Where your body and soul can cover all the benefits of a young and healthy life.

Before you on board in Blue Karma, you’ll have one on one session consultation with a certified nutritionist to determine your body’s need before proceeding the protocols. The nutritionist, will consulate with you regarding your daily life and give you some suggestion before this protocols executed.

We will get a result from the nutritionist and adjust your liquid based detox protocols menu. Starting your detoxification protocols, you will need to lighten up your toxin load. After check-in, please eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars, and saturated fats, all of which act as toxins in the body and are obstacles to your healing process. Be consisted and determined during this protocols executed. Your solid food will be exchanged with liquid cold press juices.

All the above protocols will help you to lose weight, reduce stress, clear up the skin, digestive problems, and significantly boost energy levels. Let go of possibly years of accumulated stress and negative mental patterns, and give your body and soul a new energy and vitality. Reconnect with yourself, others, and the environment.
